KELCO-VIS DG-F

KELCO VIS DG-F is a water soluble biopolymer produced by fermentation for use in various industrial applications. KELCO VIS DG-F provides excellent suspensions and emulsions, controls flow on vertical and inclined surfaces, and exhibits little solution viscosity change over a wide temperature range. It is stable in caustic conditions and is not degraded by high-shear processes. KELCO VIS DG-F exhibits low viscosity while processing, improving shelf life stability of high pH products. It is typically used at a level of 0.01 - 0.5 wt% basis weight of water. KELCO VIS DG-F benefits industrial solutions by providing stable suspensions and emulsions over a wide range of temperatures, controlling flows even on vertical surfaces, and maintaining viscosity during high-shear processing steps.
