STA-LITE L90

STA-LITE L90 is a polydextrose solution with a yellow appearance. It is a soluble fibre and a premium low-calorie bulking agent used in the food industry. STA-LITE L90 can replace all or part of the sweetener solids in foods and can also replace full caloric bulking agents. It provides body and texture in reduced-calorie and low-calorie foods. STA-LITE L90 is a water soluble, randomly bonded, bulk polymer produced by thermal polymerisation of glucose containing about 10% sorbitol. It has benefits like solubility, bland odor and color which makes it suitable for use in the food industry.
