STA-LITE R90

STA-LITE R90 is a fine granulation polydextrose powder that is used as a soluble fibre and premium low-calorie bulking agent in the food industry. As a soluble fibre, STA-LITE R90 can replace all or part of the sweetener solids in reduced-calorie and low-calorie foods. It can also replace full caloric bulking agents. STA-LITE R90 provides body and texture in reduced-calorie and low-calorie foods without adding calories. It is a water soluble, randomly bonded, bulk polymer produced by thermal polymerisation of glucose containing about 10% sorbitol. STA-LITE R90 complies with various food regulations and is suitable for various food applications.
