VERTEX 100 SP

VERTEX 100 SP is a magnesium hydroxide product that provides excellent fire retarding and smoke suppression performance. At 330°C, it decomposes in an endothermic reaction to form water and magnesium. VERTEX 100 SP is a surface treated product that provides superior fire performance and enhanced mechanical properties when used to make fire-rated compounds. VERTEX 100 SP can be used in certain applications to make zero-halogen or low-smoke compounds. VERTEX 100 SP provides benefits such as fire retardancy and smoke suppression which are highly desirable in applications where safety and durability are important.
